MT88 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and MT88 ("MT88", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at mt88.click and its associated domains and mobile applications.

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or using any services offered through the MT88 platform — including online casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, lottery, and arcade titles — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the MT88 platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform following publication of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an account on the MT88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. MT88 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21, in line with responsible gambling standards applicable to online gaming platforms.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting activities are not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any other person when placing wagers or using the Platform services.
• You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, an account on the MT88 Platform that was closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, or agent of MT88 or any affiliated entity, nor are you a close family member of such a person.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the MT88 Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering an account, you agree to:

• Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information in all fields of the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian identity card number (or passport number for non-citizens), and contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
• Select a strong, unique password for your account and not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Notify MT88 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. MT88 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login details. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for all Members.

MT88 is committed to maintaining a secure, compliant platform and employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as a condition of processing withdrawal requests and accessing higher account limits.

Members will be required to submit the following documentation prior to their first withdrawal or upon request by the MT88 compliance team:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian MyKad (identity card), driver's licence, or passport showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within three (3) months of submission, confirming your residential address.
• Identity Confirmation Selfie: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document, for facial verification purposes.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the deposit payment method used (e.g., Maybank2u transaction reference, Touch 'n Go eWallet account screenshot) where required.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of submission during standard operating hours. MT88 reserves the right to request additional documentation where the initial submission is deemed insufficient for verification purposes. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending successful KYC completion.

MT88 processes all financial transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment channels are accepted for deposits and withdrawals (subject to availability):

• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow (Bank Negara Malaysia's instant transfer network), FPX (Financial Process Exchange)
• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. The maximum single deposit is RM30,000. Deposits made via e-wallets and DuitNow are credited to the Member's account instantly. FPX bank transfers are credited within 5–15 minutes. MT88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Members may request withdrawals to any payment method from which they have previously deposited, subject to KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by tier and method. MT88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts held in the name of the registered MT88 Member — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

All account balances, wagering, and transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). MT88 does not charge currency conversion fees as the platform is natively MYR-based.

MT88 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on each promotion page. Contribution rates to wagering requirements vary by game category — live casino games and sports betting may carry different contribution percentages than slot games.

Each promotion is eligible for one (1) redemption per Member, per household, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise. MT88 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is found to have been claimed through fraudulent means, all associated funds and winnings will be voided.

MT88 actively monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, employing strategies with the sole intent of meeting wagering requirements at minimal risk ("low-risk betting"), and withdrawing funds before promotional conditions have been fulfilled. Any Member found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their account suspended and all promotional balances forfeited.

All games available on the MT88 Platform operate according to individual game rules published within each respective game. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters directly related to gameplay mechanics.

Sports betting markets on MT88 cover a broad range of events including, but not limited to, English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, Champions League, La Liga, Serie A, UFC, tennis, and basketball. All bets are subject to the applicable market rules in force at the time of placement. MT88 reserves the right to:

• Void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.
• Correct any obvious pricing errors ("palpable errors") and void or adjust bets placed at erroneous odds.
• Suspend markets at any time for operational or integrity reasons.
• Limit the maximum stake available on specific events or markets at its discretion.

In-play betting markets are updated in real time. Due to the dynamic nature of live events, there may be a brief delay between the submission of a bet and its acceptance. MT88 operates on a "best-efforts" basis for in-play bet acceptance and will not be liable for markets that close before a submitted bet is confirmed.

Mix Parlay bets combine multiple selections into a single wager. All legs of a Mix Parlay must win for the bet to return a profit. If one or more legs are voided, the bet is recalculated on the remaining valid legs at the applicable reduced odds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the MT88 Platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-Accounting: Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false, third-party, or fraudulent identity information.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games, poker, or any other format where such coordination distorts legitimate competition.
• Use of Automated Software: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated mechanism to place bets, make decisions, or interact with the Platform on your behalf.
• Exploitation of Errors: Taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to generate profits that would not arise under normal Platform conditions.
• Money Laundering: Using the MT88 Platform as a mechanism for depositing, wagering, and withdrawing funds as a means of obscuring the origin of those funds. MT88 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in matters of financial crime investigation.
• Fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an account; providing false identity documentation; or making fraudulent chargeback claims.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards MT88 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

MT88 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Members. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

MT88 provides all Members with direct access to the following responsible gambling tools from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that restrict the total amount a Member may deposit within a defined period. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrictions on the total net losses a Member may incur within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic notifications or session end triggers after a Member-defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: A voluntary temporary or permanent restriction on accessing the MT88 account. Self-exclusion requests are processed by MT88 support without delay or attempt at dissuasion. During a self-exclusion period, the Member will not receive promotional communications from MT88.

MT88 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. We employ technical and procedural safeguards to prevent underage access and conduct ongoing monitoring to detect potential underage usage patterns.

All Content available on or through the MT88 Platform — including but not limited to the MT88 name, logo, trademarks, service marks, domain names, website design, text, graphics, game software, interface elements, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive property of MT88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Content from the Platform without prior written consent from MT88.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any Platform software or Content.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any Content.
• Use any MT88 branding or marks in a way that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without written authorisation.

Unauthorised use of MT88 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MT88 shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption to service caused by technical failures, maintenance periods, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond MT88's reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications network failures).
• Any errors in game outcomes that are attributable to certified RNG systems operating within their published parameters.
• Any loss arising from a Member's failure to keep their account credentials secure or their failure to log out from shared devices.
• Any decisions made by a Member in connection with their use of the Platform, including wagering decisions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit MT88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

MT88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period upon request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider.

Members may request closure of their MT88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before an account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with applicable timelines. MT88 will retain Member data following account closure in accordance with its legal and regulatory obligations, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. MT88 will notify the Member at the email address on file before applying a monthly administrative charge to dormant accounts, as specified in the current fee schedule. The dormant account fee will not reduce the balance below zero.

MT88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time and for any reason. Such changes may reflect updates to applicable law or regulation, changes to our operational procedures, the introduction of new products or services, or other legitimate business reasons.

Where amendments are material — meaning they substantively affect Member rights or obligations — MT88 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to the registered account address and/or by a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. For non-material amendments, the updated Terms will take effect upon publication on the Platform.

Continued use of the MT88 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.2.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Where any dispute arises in connection with these Terms or the MT88 Platform, the parties shall first seek to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

Any Member who has a complaint or dispute in connection with their MT88 account or the Platform services is encouraged to follow the MT88 dispute resolution process:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing to MT88 customer support at the email address listed in Section 16. All formal complaints must include your registered username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting documentation.
• Step 2 — Acknowledgement: MT88 will acknowledge receipt of your formal complaint within 48 hours.
• Step 3 — Resolution: MT88 will endeavour to provide a substantive response to formal complaints within 10 business days of acknowledgement. Complex matters may require additional time, in which case the Member will be kept informed of progress.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Terms while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
